Double workout Monday! WAHOO!!!!
So I laid in bed Sunday night for ever. I finally fell asleep around midnight and got up at 3am to make breakfast and head to the gym. It was raining lightly out so that made my walk kind of interesting. So I got to the gym had to run to the bathroom and fill out my time sheet for working at the gym. Not really much to write about. I worked out with my trainer. We started off with ab stuff. Man do I loathe doing abs. We only did about 6 minutes of abs but it was hell. October 5, 2011 (a bit of a break through)
So this morning I woke and got to the gym!! YAY!!!! Always a great way to start the day! I knocked out 28 mins which burned about 600 Calories. My session with my trainer wasn’t until 5 and I get off work at 1:30. I was super tired so I came home and took about an hour and a half nap which was AMAZING!! I love naps but I bet it ends up biting me in the arse when I try to go to sleep...

I have issues getting up early on Tuesday’s to go in to the gym. I don’t know what it is about Tuesday but I’m always soooooo flippin tired. I don’t get it. At the gym I did the workout of the day: 21-15-9 Pushups, Dips, Burpees, then run a mile. For time, I did it in 18:43. The stupid burpees took FOREVER!!!! Man do I hate burpees but they’re a great exercise....
