Today was leg day with my trainer. Normally I absolutely LOVE leg day, but tomorrow I have a wrestling show. Hopefully I’m not to god awful sore. Even though I don’t think it’ll matter much. When I’m wrestling I have so much adrenaline going I don’t feel a whole lot, except chops to the chest. Those effin hurt!
Today my trainer was in one of her ADD modes so we didn’t do anything twice, so I can’t really give you a super accurate run down of the work but hey I’m not doing anything so I’ll give it a shot!
- TRX twisting lunges with a 5kg med ball
- Some different squat jumps using the TRX
- skipping lunges with heel clicker squat jumps at the each end of the gym
- crazy kind of isometric step ups (hard to explain)
- squat and a half (all the way down halfway up down all the way up 1 rep)
- ‘Notre Dame’ squats (wide stance toes pointed out)
- TRX leg curls with my neck on the bosu ball
- TRX hip lifts with my neck on the bosu ball
- Split legged squats
There’s more but I don’t remember. But the best part was she stretched my legs afterwards and it was heavenly! No I’m gonna lay here in bed order my cheat meal pizza and watch my Friday Night Lights DVD’s. There’s a good chance I end up going back and doing some more cardio.
So I’ve been emailing the bodybuilding coach back and forth the last few days. Her rates aren’t bad other than the up front cost. It’s $300 up front this covers all workouts (everything I don’t have to think anymore!) then $65 every 2 weeks for updated diets workouts ect. The 65 every 2 weeks isn’t that much more than what I’m paying for my trainer right now. The upfront cost blows though. I went and looked at her site (deesdivas.com) and I’m 100% sold! Anyone wanna let me have/borrow $300???

That’s fantastic!!! When do you start and what does she offer? How long is the program? What are your ultimate goals besides not buying shirts anymore? ;)
I don’t really no what my ultimate goal is right now. I know I just know I want a body builderish type body so I figured this is a good way to go about getting one.
So I got an email from a body building coach that one of my instructors uses and highly recommends. She has almost 30 years experience. It’ll be online since she’s in Vegas but I’m super pumped!!! I can see my goal of not having to buy shirts anymore coming into focus now!
