I’ve been slackin on here but here was today’s workout. Today is supposed to be an off day but I couldn’t remember if I had a client at 215 today or tomorrow so I went to the gym right after job 1 (around 2 pm) and turns out I didn’t have a client today until 5. So I had 3 hours to kill and since I’m supposed to go to Milwaukee Saturday I bumped everything up a day to have Saturday and Sunday as off days.
Flat DB Bench press: 4 sets 12 reps 60# DB’s
Incline Flyes: 4 x15 30# DB’s
Cable Flyes (cable at top of dual adj cable machine): 3 x 12 35# each side
Push ups to failure: 11.5 I got halfway back up and got stuck, held it for 15 seconds trying to push through.
Skull crushers 4 x 12 80# EZ Curl bar compound set with
Rope pressdown 4 x 12 70#
Reverse pressdown 3 x 12 60#
Dips to failure: 13
Standing Calf Raises on Smith Machine 8 x 25 225#
Then I walked for 30 min on the treadmill incline 8 at 3.4 mph.
