My alarm goes off at 3. Sleepy Jon see’s 3 and thinks ‘Yes! I still have an hour to sleep!’ Not realizing my alarm is set that early for a reason. It goes off again at 3:08 and I think ‘shit! I have to go to the gym and now I’m 10 mins behind
I hired a bodybuilding coach and she gives me an updated diet every 2 weeks after I send her stupid front and back pictures and of course money. (I HATE picture day with a passion).
I have had issues staying on course with my diets. As you can see they’re kinda boring and its tough to eat the same thing over and over and over again. So this is where you awesome tumlr peeps come in. What I’m going to do is upload pictures of what I eat (with date and time stamp) so you can help keep me on track! I might even upload the pictures from picture day on here also, who knows?

Okay here’s my diet for the week. I’m eat this over and over every day. I know I was supposed to start doing this last week but I had an unexpected bill come up so I was eating as cheap as I could. But here we go for this week! Ohh I also can’t find halibut so I’m just going to replace that with more chicken, unless told other wise. I’m also lacking on some of the supplements. I’m going to do my very best to Email the pictures at the end of everyday. If I can’t I’ll just double up on the pictures the next day! Anyways thank you all for doing this for me!!
